Tamaqua Area School District is adopting a new dress code policy for all students that include language that mandates all students carry only clear back packs, book bags and clear tote bags. The Wissahichon School District has mandated that all students carry clear book bags, clear backpacks, clear laptop bags and clear lunch bags.
