Wholesale Terms & Conditions

  • Prices: All prices are for wholesale clear bag purposes, FOB our warehouse in St. Louis MO or Long Beach CA as available unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Minimum Orders Terms: Initial order minimum is $150.00. All wholesale orders must be purchased by the case. Number of bags per case are between 10 to 50 pieces.
    (Backpacks 10 per case, event bags 25 per case, tote bags 25 per case, cosmetic bags 50 per case, laptop-diaper and gym bags 10 per case, purse organizers 50 per case.)
  • There is a 50 piece minimum on all custom printed items with a one time screen printing set up fee of $30 and $1.15 per one color print. There is 300 piece minimum on custom manufactured style items upon approval from the Clear Bag Store.
  • Terms: All orders must be secured by a credit card or check. Please allow 10 days for verification of check. Payment of 30% is due upon approval of purchase order and artwork. Unless otherwise agreed on, payment in full in due upon shipment of the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your credit card will not be charged for final payment until your order has shipped.
  • For custom manufactured and custom printed items, 30% is due upon approval of style and/or artwork and remainder is due when the custom order is shipped.
  • Buyer will be contacted with all back orders.
  • Net 30 Days: If orders payable in 30 days from the ship date is agreed, the order must be secured with a credit card.
  • Late Payments: A $20 per month late fee or 3% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, will be applied to overdue invoices. A $50 check return fee for insufficient funds will be added to the amount due.
  • Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation of a stock item order must reach our office 7 business days prior to ship date. Refused orders and returns will incur a 20% restocking fee and freight charges. Custom printed or manufactured item cannot be returned and must be paid for in full.
  • Damages/Return Policy: Please inspect and check for discrepancies and damage upon arrival of the shipment. The carrier has a responsibility to deliver the product to you in good condition. If you shipment arrives with obvious damage to the cartons, please note it on the freight bill or refuse the box if it is severely damaged. Claims for concealed damage must be reported within 10 days of the carrier documented received date to customer service at The Clear Bag Store. Returns must be approved and return authorization number is needed before any returned merchandise will be accepted by The Clear Bag Store.  If you should receive any product that is defective, incorrect, or if you have any questions please contact us at 314-517-2024.
